The death of a 14-year-old boy resulting from his participation in the online game Blue Whale Challenge should be a wakeup call for the government to take steps to prevent a recurrence of the tragedy. Spending most of the waking hours in the virtual world is a recipe for mental disequilibrium and psychological harm for youngsters.
