The aspect of oxygen failure will be probed by a committee headed by the UP chief secretary. We want concrete reasons for the deaths to come to light – if the reason is lack of oxygen or any other negligence, we will take the strictest possible action,” Adityanath said in the presence of Nadda in Gorakhpur at a press conference.
