Corporation Bank to recall tier-I bonds, cites RBI corrective plan

MUMBAI: Corporation Bank will recall three of its Basel IIIcompliant additional tier-I bonds on April 6, ahead of its scheduled call date, as the bank has been placed under the Reserve Bank of India's prompt corrective action plan. According to a filing to the exchanges, the lender has set record date of March 21 for the purpose of exercising the call option on the tier-I bonds.
