Gain trust of people

Many instances give testimony to the fact that judiciary is loosing its credibility and trust, even as a former CJI says that SC/ST verdict of Apex court was morally wrong. Rebellion of 4 judges of SC against CJI, Arrest of HC judge for contempt of court and trying to move an impeachment motion against CJI by some socalled secular parties, all of this imply that judiciary is in fatal crisis. It has just remained a matter of fate that who hears your case, one may give verdict in your favour or one may go against you. Government and judiciary must keep all differences aside and knuckle down to gain trust of people again. — Priyanka Mehar
