LeJ Balochistan chief, two suicide bombers killed in Pakistan’s army operation
QUETTA: The chief of the terror organisation Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) was killed by security forces in an intelligence-based operation in Killi Almas area of Balochistan on Thursday, as per a statement from the Pakistan Army's media wing, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). The operation was conducted after security forces received intelligence after a top terrorist was earlier arrested. According to the intelligence, it noted the presence of the chief of the LeJ terror outfit and suicide bombers at a hideout in Balochistan, Express Tribune reported. The ISPR further said that during the operation, two suicide bombers were also killed and one terrorist was injured, who has been arrested by the security forces.
