Mobycy launches bike-sharing app
Taking on ride-hailing platform Ola, Gurugrambased green-tech start-up Mobycy on Thursday launched dock-less bicycle-sharing app on Google Play Store. Ola had introduced its own dock-less bike-sharing service earlier this month. “Mobycy presents users with a greener, healthier means of commute with complete last-mile connectivity,” said Akash Gupta, co-founder, Mobycy. Users can sign up on the app with Aadhaar identification and pay a refundable security deposit of ₹999 ( ₹499 for students). The app allows users to unlock it via QR Code. The user can pay ₹10 for a single ride or buy the monthly subscription to avail two rides daily for an hour each.
