Har­ley-David­son In­dia gets new MD

Harely-David­son In­dia on Fri­day said it has ap­pointed Sa­jeev Ra­jasekha­ran as its Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor. He will be based out of the com­pany’s head­quar­ters in Gu­ru­gram. Ra­jasekha­ran comes with over two decades of ex­pe­ri­ence in mar­ket­ing, sales and op­er­a­tions. Prior to Har­ley-David­son, he was as­so­ci­ated with Suzuki Mo­tor­cy­cle In­dia as Ex­ec­u­tive V-P, and has worked across mul­ti­ple con­sumer durables com­pa­nies in­clud­ing Pana­sonic, Elec­trolux, Sam­sung In­dia, Thom­son In­dia, Onida and Blow Plast. Ahead of the fes­ti­val sea­son, Re­nault has slashed the price of its SUV Cap­tur by up to ₹81,000 across all vari­ants. The Cap­tur Petrol RXT Dual Tone will now be cheaper by ₹41,000, the RXE diesel by ₹40,000, RXT Diesel Dual Tone by ₹60,000 and Pla­tine Diesel Dual Tone by ₹81,000, the com­pany said.
