The Hindu - - TAMIL NADU - Staff reporter

PMK youth wing leader Anbumani Ramadoss on Wednesday alleged that school students were made to forcibly attend AIADMK founder MGR’s centenary celebrations, which was attended by Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami in Vandalur.

In a statement, Dr. Anbumani alleged that students were prevented from leaving the venue until the public meeting was completed.

“Making students come to an event where a section will be drunk is condemnable. The female students were made to attend an event which is not very safe,” said Dr. Anbumani.
