Ramadoss slams delay in clearing projects
PMK founder S. Ramadoss on Saturday criticised the government for the State’s poor performance in granting approvals for business proposals. Dr. Ramadoss pointed to a study conducted by the Institute of Economic Growth, which found that the State took 40 days on an average to clear proposals while other States took less than 30 days. The PMK attributed the delay to rampant corruption. Such an approach is sure to ruin the second edition of the Global Investors’ Meet scheduled in January 2019, he said.
