PM concerned over grievances of taxpayers

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi Wednesday expressed concern over the “large number of grievances” of taxpayers and stressed on the need to set up a mechanism to deal with them.

Modi made the remarks while chairing his fifteenth interaction through PRAGATI — the Ict-based, multi-modal platform for Pro-active Governance and Timely Implementation.

“The PM also urged the officials to use technology to the maximum extent possible,toensurespeedyresolutionofissues,”saidanofficial.
