Bhubaneswar: Chief Min­is­ter Naveen Patnaik on Thurs­day launched a first-of-its-kind health pro­gramme which aims at pro­vid­ing com­pre­hen­sive, ac­ces­si­ble, af­ford­able and eq­ui­table eye care to peo­ple of all age groups.
