JD(U) MLA’s dirty dancing video goes viral

WITH a video clip showing an MLA of Bihar’s ruling JD(U) dancing with a scantily clad woman on stage having gone viral, the Opposition RJD has targeted chief minister Nitish Kumar and a war of words has erupted between the two parties.

“Tikari MLA Abhay Kumar Sinha, who is the favourite of ‘man of morality’ Nitish Kumar, dancing to the tune of his conscience,” said RJD in a post on its official twitter handle in which the party also posted the video clip. The words in RJD’s post are a reference to Nitish Kumar’s claim in July that he ditched RJD and walked out of the grand alliance on the call of his conscience.

When contacted, Abhay Kumar Sinha said: “Yes, it is me in this video that is from 2013, and it was a mistake on my parts to dance like that. My political rivals had used this very video clip during 2015 Assembly polls to malign me in the eyes of voters and failed.”
