Pub­lic CVC terms Edu Com­mis­sioner's be­hav­iour dis­cour­te­ous, de­mands his shift­ing

Pub­lic Civil Vig­i­lance Cell J&K (CVC) to­day ac­cused the Com­mis­sioner Sec­re­tary, Higher Ed­u­ca­tion De­part­ment Mr. A. H. Samoon for his high-handed and ar­ro­gant be­hav­iour with the pro­fes­sors and Prin­ci­pals of De­gree Col­leges which does not go with the stature of po­si­tion he has been hold­ing.

In letter ad­dressed to the Chief Min­is­ter, Ms. Me­hbooba Mufti, its founder mem­ber Prof. S.K. Bhalla of the anti-graft body de­manded Mr. Samoon's shift­ing to ap­pro­pri­ate de­part­ment suit­able to his hot tem­per­a­ment and qual­i­fi­ca­tions.

The letter fur­ther read that they have re­li­able feedback and shared in­for­ma­tion from many Prin­ci­pals of De­gree Col­leges of J&K re­gard­ing the ob­jec­tion­able con­duct of Mr. Samoon.

The letter fur­ther said "Mr. Samoon as per our in­puts by way of il­lus­tra­tion mis­be­haved with Mr. Baba, one of the Prin­ci­pals of Sri­na­gar Col­leges. At Jammu, he lit­er­ally hu­mil­i­ated one Mr. Ajeet An­gral at Sci­ence Col­lege, Jammu in the pres­ence
