New Dehi has categorically rejected suggestion for USChina mediation on Kashmir saying that India is opposed to any third country's mediation. India is prepared to hold talks with Pakistan but Islamabad should accept conditions imposed for talks by New Delhi.first of all Islamabad should stop using the soil of Pakistan for exporting terror to India. Secondly it should wind up all the arms training camps opened for imparting training to militants. Thirdly Pakistan troops should stop ceasefire violations for facilitating ingress of militants into Kashmir.

Is Pakistan prepared to accept these conditions? For the time it is not going to concede these conditions and hence no scope for talks.(kip)
