Step 1

To prepare this yummy sauce recipe, wash the blue­ber­ries un­der run­ning wa­ter, pat them dry and keep aside. In a blender jar, add these blue­ber­ries along with lemon juice, and blend un­til smooth in con­sis­tency.

Next, add sugar and lemon zest in the blender, and blend again. Next, place a saucepan over medium flame and pour the blue­berry puree in it. Bring it to a boil and switch off the burner. Let it cool at room tem­per­a­ture and serve chilled!
