Ricks, The Taj Mahal Hotel, Mansingh Road T: (011) 2302 6162 Master mixologists at Ricks are experimenting with cocktails and have added vinegar, a rather unusual choice, to spice up the beverages. The vinegar cocktails are macerated with fresh fruits and sugar, and they’ve come up with some crafted-to-perfection choices, including the old fashioned, the classic vinegar martini, mint julep, orange caprioska and the classic Rick’s Vinegar Sling.
