New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Fri­day re­ferred pe­ti­tions seek­ing to do away with Sabari­mala tem­ple’s cus­tom­ary ban on en­try of women in the men­stru­at­ing age of 1050 years to a five-judge con­sti­tu­tion bench, terming the is­sue as sig­nif­i­cant.
