Sohrab case: 2 more witnesses hostile
Mumbai: Two more prosecution witnesses in the alleged Sohrabuddin Shaikh and Tulsiram Prajapati fake encounter cases turned hostile before a special CBI court here on Thursday, taking the number of such witnesses to 61. Hazari Lal Meena, a former subinspector with Udaipur police, retracted his statement and said CBI had forced him to record a statement. Govind Singh, who was posted as an inspector at Surjapol police station also turned hostile. The court has examined over 88 prosecution witnesses.
