We have strong links with HNIs of the coun­try to whom we would in­tro­duce the prop­erty with a very per­son­alised ap­proach. Also, we would ini­ti­ate tie ups with pre­mium credit card com­pa­nies as well as with In­dia’s largest pri­vate banks for their HNI and NRI clients.”

The B2B mar­ket­ing ini­tia­tives would in­clude sales calls and prod­uct train­ing to all the ma­jor out­bound tour op­er­a­tors, travel agents, MiCE and in­cen­tive group agents, cor­po­rates and Travel Man­age­ment Com­pa­nies (TMCs) for con­fer­ence meet­ings and busi­ness travel. “Our fo­cus will re­main on Delhi and Mum­bai as th­ese two cities ac­count for 60 per cent of the out­bound travel from In­dia. Af­ter that, we will cover the other ma­jor cities of In­dia like Ben­galuru, Chen­nai, Hy­der­abad, Ahmed­abad, Kolkata and Pune. We will also fa­cil­i­tate the con­tract­ing process with tour op­er­a­tors, travel agents and cor­po­rates for events and meet­ings. Also, we will as­sist in in­dus­try and trade show par­tic­i­pa­tion within In­dia and or­gan­ise client road­show should some­one from the ho­tel like to come to In­dia for sales calls. We will also as­sist in or­gan­is­ing Fam trips of travel agents and tour op­er­a­tors to the dif­fer­ent re­gions and the ho­tels,” added Chand­nani.
