Sel­fridges, the iconic depart­ment store in Lon­don, fea­tured iconic de­signer Karl Lager­feld’s l i mited edition col­lec­tion of mer­chan­dise fash­ioned in Gold, Sil­ver and Bronze. The glam­or­ized theme was truly ahead of the time and fea­tured a fu­tur­is­tic il­lus­tra­tion of sport dra­ma­tized in slow mo­tion with ro­bot man­nequins, mir­rors and Karl’s por­trait im­pres­sions in neon and ren­der­ings. “The project was strate­gized and de­signed to high­light this col­lec­tion not only in the win­dows but inside the store as well. The col­lec­tion also has a sub-col­lec­tion of artis­tic t-shirts which cel­e­brate the win­ning spirit of the Karl Lager­feld as a brand in 2012,” says In­dra Rahn, Head of Cor­po­rate, Karl Lager­feld.
