Life­style of Lux­ury

Royal Koas, renowned of­fice fur­ni­ture brand in In­dia, has in­tro­duced and un­veiled its bou­tique store “Lux­ury Liv­ing” hav­ing an im­pec­ca­ble store de­sign cou­pled with high end lux­ury prod­ucts.

Lux­ury Liv­ing is a larger for­mat of Royal Koas which is a bou­tique that im­ports prod­ucts of­fered by in­ter­na­tional brands from all over the world. The com­pany has the unique dis­tinc­tion of be­ing the only com­pany in In­dia which pro­cures all the ma­jor Euro­pean brands pro­vid­ing the cus­tomers an ex­pe­ri­ence of un­de­ni­able lux­ury in each of its hand crafted prod­ucts such as A&X, Camel, Lema, Pablo and so on. Lo­cated at at Kirti Na­gar in New Delhi it is spread over an area of over 20,000 sq.ft pre­sent­ing set­ting of lux­u­ri­ous life­style fur­ni­ture. Di­vided into four floors, the store has dif­fer­ent sec­tions each fea­tur­ing dif­fer­ent prod­uct cat­e­gories like so­fas, beds, din­ing ta­bles, cen­tre ta­bles, cab­i­nets, car­pets, ac­ces­sories, out­door fur­ni­ture, mod­u­lar of­fice fur­ni­ture, ac­cent chairs etc. Says Jatin Bha­tia, co-owner of Lux­ury Liv­ing by Royal Koas, “The store is strate­gi­cally lo­cated at the heart of the largest fur­ni­ture mar­ket in Asia. As the mar­ket is flooded with fur­ni­ture stores across Kirti Na­gar, it be­came im­per­a­tive for us to high­light Lux­ury Liv­ing by Royal Koas as a one stop so­lu­tion for all the brands avail­able un­der one roof. The store has been in­tri­cately de­signed keep­ing in mind the ob­jec­tive of turn­ing your dreams and imag­i­na­tion into re­al­ity which means makeover of your house to a beau­ti­ful home.”

De­sign that speaks lux­ury

The store de­sign con­cept is clean and con­tem­po­rary and pro­vides a great en­vi­ron­ment for fur­ni­ture set­tings. The large open back glass façade pro­vides cus­tomers with a gen­er­ous view into the store to strate­gi­cally at­tract foot­falls . Jatin ex­plains, “The de­signer aimed to cre­ate some­thing sparkling, colour­ful and unique to cre­ate a sense of ex­cite­ment in the cus­tomers. The de­sign team fo­cused on the fur­ni­ture’s and all the de­sign­ing ele­ments re­volved around it. The store has a lav­ish of­fice space and a lobby with LCD’s in­stalled for prom­i­nent dis­play of in­te­rior fur­ni­ture. To en­hance the store ex­pe­ri­ence all the sec­tions like cash counter, lobby, of­fice has been de­signed ac­cord­ing to the rules of ‘Vastu’. The seat­ing ar­range­ment of the store is aes­thet­i­cally built keep­ing with the mod­u­lar con­cept. Spe­cial em­pha­sis has been given to the re­cep­tion desk and the cash counter which is lo­cated on the ex­treme right

of the ground floor with CCTV in­stalled and WiFi con­nec­tiv­ity.” Pre­mium ma­te­ri­als are used to ren­der the store en­vi­ron­ment suit­able for the con­tem­po­rary im­ported mer­chan­dise. Floor­ing pat­terns and ac­cents made with mar­ble and par­quet floor­ing, wall graph­ics, tex­tures and artis­tic dé­cor props help cre­ate the set­ting.

Light­ing adds a di­men­sion

The soft am­bi­ent cove light­ing com­ple­mented with in­di­rect light­ing from dec­o­ra­tive fix­tures help cre­ate an in­ti­mate bou­tique set­ting. Ac­cent light­ing from ad­justable spots help high­light the spe­cial mer­chan­dise of the store to cre­ate a pre­mium am­bi­ence.

Rid­ing high on de­mand

Lux­ury Liv­ing is a good ex­am­ple of suc­cess­fully lever­ag­ing the ris­ing de­mand for in­ter­na­tional Fur­ni­ture brands with a dom­i­nant brand

of­fer­ing. Says Jatin, “To mark the pres­ence of in­ter­na­tional brands in the In­dian mar­ket and suc­cess­fully lever­age the brand eq­uity of Lux­ury Liv­ing by Royal Koas has been a chal­lenge for us which we have turned into an op­por­tu­nity within a very short span of time & have tasted suc­cess. The com­pany has a net­work of more than 140 deal­ers cov­er­ing whole of In­dia. To cre­ate aware­ness among

the masses and raise the graph level of our sales and pro­duc­tiv­ity prompted us to come up with this new store con­cept which aims to bring in­ter­na­tional brands all un­der one roof.”

The store launch saw sev­eral em­i­nent per­son­al­i­ties from the fash­ion world mak­ing the event a grand suc­cess. As Jatin says sign­ing
