“Cus­tomer ex­pec­ta­tions keep chang­ing day by day. If we need to meet or ex­ceed cus­tomer ex­pec­ta­tions we must con­tin­u­ously up­grade our prod­ucts so that the tech­nol­ogy we of­fer to­day is good for atleast the next 3 to 5 years or more. In our case, we are for­tu­nate enough to work with our principals that en­sure that the prod­ucts they make avail­able are with cut­ting edge tech­nol­ogy so that we are al­ways at the fore­front. In­dia has to go a long way in im­prov­ing ba­sic in­fra­struc­ture. Our elec­tri­cal util­ity power sys­tem has to un­dergo lot of im­prove­ments in terms of the stan­dards what one can view in other coun­tries. Our data con­nec­tiv­ity sys­tem also has to im­prove a lot.”

At In-Store Asia 2016: “This year we will be show­cas­ing three new prod­ucts - wire­less dis­play se­cu­rity, in­frared lock­ing sys­tem and tablet se­cure dis­play sys­tem.”

Key Ben­e­fits from In-Store Asia 2016: “We hope that we will be able to meet wider cus­tomer seg­ments for the new prod­ucts we launch at the In-Store Asia and will in­crease our busi­ness mul­ti­fold.”
