Costumers in India are expecting global quality now. Earlier the retail design and fixtures execution were couple of notches below the international standards but no more. Also the quality has to be achieved in a globally competitive pricing. The customer is not hesitant to pitch you against your competitors globally and not just in India. You have to continuously improve and invest in your systems and processes, infrastructure, client interaction, knowledge base and most importantly people. India in the past three years has moved very close to adapting the best global practices in retail be it technology, materials, people, design, and processes. Still as an industry, we need to improve on our project management skills, better design practices, knowledge and data management. We all have designed and executed great projects but I am sure most of them are not properly catalogued.

At In-Store Asia 2016:

We are here to meet our top clients and also prospective clients and update them about our latest projects, offerings and infrastructure. This is what we do every year. This is a great space for us to meet the industry and get updates on that.

Key Benefits from In-Store Asia 2016: To meet our customers and industry people and witness what great work they are doing. Also it is a great place for us to see new technology in various verticals of our industry.
