Brick-and-mor­tar re­tail these days is more tech­nol­ogy-driven. Cus­tomers are look­ing for high qual­ity ex­pe­ri­ence and that too un­der bud­get con­straints. Small- for­mat re­tail is gain­ing con­fi­dence. Re­tail in­dus­try is also slated to see off­line-on­line mash up. On­line tools are be­ing adopted for in-store use to bring the im­me­di­acy of on­line into the brick and mor­tar world of re­tail. Fol­low­ing that, our fo­cus has also been on im­ple­ment­ing new tech­nol­ogy and in­no­va­tions in all our prod­uct lines..

At In-Store Asia, 2016: Well, we have just started our re­tail do­main and this is first time we are par­tic­i­pat­ing in such a big even which is cer­tainly a kind of fes­ti­val for re­tail fra­ter­nity. Since we are in a learn­ing curve, we would like to take new learn­ing, leads and busi­ness prospects from In-store Asia this year so that we can come back next year with new de­vel­op­ments.

Key ben­e­fits from In-Store Asia 2016: As far as busi­ness is con­cerned, no­body can give you big­ger ex­po­sure than such an event. It will also be a great plat­form to help us do self-in­tro­spec­tion and de­vel­op­ment. I fore­see the event to show­case the fu­ture of re­tail in­dus­try.
