Canon opens its 200th Image Square store in India
Canon India reinforced its investment in retail expansion with the opening of its 200th Canon Image Square (CIS) store in Mumbai. The exclusive CIS store is located at Meera Road, Mumbai and brings the best in class photography and home printing solutions.
Speaking on the launch, Kazutada Kobayashi President & CEO, Canon India, said, “Commitment towards the country and dedication of Canon, together has translated into growth over years and the 200th Canon Image Square (CIS) store is another indication of our rapidly expanding customer base across the country. With this launch, Canon India marks another milestone to ensure an interactive and informative buying experience for our existing and potential customers. With the rapid growth in imaging industry in India, Canon endeavours to capture 50% market share in the DSLR segment by end of 2016.”
