Late last year, Messe Düs­sel­dorf sealed a close, long-term co­op­er­a­tion deal with In-Store Asia or­gan­iser, Thought Shows & Events and formed a new com­pany with equal par­tic­i­pa­tion be­tween Messe Düs­sel­dorf In­dia Ltd. and In-store Asia called Ex­cosa.

For the first time, In-Store Asia which is the largest Re­tail Fair for Re­tail De­sign and In­store Mar­ket­ing in the In­dian sub-con­ti­nent, made its pres­ence at EuroShop 2017 - Global Com­pe­tence Lounge along with C Star and EuroCIS at the North En­trance of Messe Dusseldorf. Through this, In-Store Asia suc­cess­fully con­nected and net­worked with many Brands, Re­tail­ers and Ar­chi­tects from var­i­ous coun­tries. In-Store Asia also re­ceived great brand­ing and vis­i­bil­ity through out­door and in­door pro­mo­tions at Messe Dusseldorf. “In­dia is one of the most rapidly ex­pand­ing na­tional economies in the world with its modern re­tail grow­ing at a pace of 21%. Our par­tic­i­pa­tion as part of the Euroshop fam­ily this year was a great kick-start for har­ness­ing global op­por­tu­ni­ties for a much larger In­Store Asia 2018 to part­ner the re­tail growth in In­dia. At EuroShop 2017, I was par­tic­u­larly in­ter­ested in wit­ness­ing the grow­ing trend of in­te­grat­ing fix­ture and light­ing as well fix­ture and tech­nol­ogy.” ex­plained Vas­ant Jante, Founder & MD, Thought Shows & Events.

Talk­ing about the In­dian ex­hibitors and vis­i­tors at EuroShop 2017, Elke shares, “We reckon our co­op­er­a­tion with In-Store Asia in In­dia will pro­duce good medium and long-term ef­fects and that we can ex­pect more In­dian ex­hibitors and vis­i­tors in the future. While EuroShop is only held at three-year in­ter­vals, In-Store Asia is an an­nual event, so that the in­no­va­tion story can con­tinue in the in­ter­ven­ing years.”
