The ses­sion was very use­ful in un­der­stand­ing the lat­est of­fer­ing from Philips spe­cially map­ping cus­tomer an­a­lyt­ics through light­ing so­lu­tions. As we are geared up to bring ex­pe­ri­en­tial changes in our stores, it was use­ful to learn per­spec­tives of fel­low brands. We gen­er­ally strug­gle with the In­dian part­ner­ship ap­proach so far but hope to see changes soon with ven­dors like Philips.
