Her­shey’s re­cently un­wrapped their up­dated Choco­late World in the heart of Times Square, New York, where peo­ple of all ages can im­merse them­selves in all things choco­late.

Her­shey’s choco­late brand and FRCH De­sign World­wide part­nered to cre­ate an eclec­tic ex­pe­ri­ence, bring­ing a piece of the Her­shey’s legacy to the Big Ap­ple. The store brings the brand, orig­i­nally rooted in ru­ral Cen­tral Penn­syl­va­nia, to life both ar­chi­tec­turally and nar­ra­tively, through a unique mix of dig­i­tal and ana­logue dis­plays.

At Her­shey’s Choco­late World Times Square there is an ex­pe­ri­ence around ev­ery cor­ner that of­fers sweet mo­ments and mem­o­ries that will last a life­time. In­side the store, shin­ing fin­ishes, bright graph­ics, and sweet aro­mas cre­ate a multi-sen­so­rial ex­pe­ri­ence that cel­e­brates the hus­tle and bus­tle of NYC and the home­town whole­some­ness that is Her­shey’s her­itage.

The store fea­tures the in­tro­duc­tion of Her­shey’s Kitchen, an in­no­va­tive pre­pared food, bev­er­age, and bak­ery con­cept. The first-of-its-kind, the kitchen al­lows shop­pers to try a va­ri­ety of mouth-wa­ter­ing treats and bev­er­ages. From choco­late shakes to ex­clu­sive Her­shey con­fec­tions, the kitchen is an in­no­va­tive party for the taste buds! Fea­tur­ing cus­tom-cre­ated cook­ing uten­sil light fix­tures, clean white sub­way tile, and view­ing win­dows from the street, the kitchen be­comes a bea­con both in­side and out­side of the space.

S’mores Ex­pe­ri­ence which fea­tures a hint of nos­tal­gia with a life-size camper and camp­fire ex­pe­ri­ence. Guests can re­lax, recharge and en­joy fresh, gooey S’mores all year round – all right in the mid­dle of Times Square.
