The store brings the brand, originally rooted in rural Central Pennsylvania, to life both architecturally and narratively, through a unique mix of digital and analogue displays.

At Hershey’s Chocolate World Times Square there is an experience around every corner that offers sweet moments and memories that will last a lifetime. Inside the store, shining finishes, bright graphics, and sweet aromas create a multi-sensorial experience that celebrates the hustle and bustle of NYC and the hometown wholesomeness that is Hershey’s heritage.
The store features the introduction of Hershey’s Kitchen, an innovative prepared food, beverage, and bakery concept. The first-of-its-kind, the kitchen allows shoppers to try a variety of mouth-watering treats and beverages. From chocolate shakes to exclusive Hershey confections, the kitchen is an innovative party for the taste buds! Featuring custom-created cooking utensil light fixtures, clean white subway tile, and viewing windows from the street, the kitchen becomes a beacon both inside and outside of the space.
