Sud­hir Soundal­gekar, Di­rec­tor Projects, Ray­mond, em­pha­sised that soft sig­nage can be boosted by mul­ti­ple fac­tors such as at­tain­ing LEED cer­ti­fi­ca­tion that pro­vides big en­vi­ron­men­tal ben­e­fits and ma­jor sav­ings com­pared with to­tal re­place­ment. How­ever, Sud­hir be­lieves that the com­plete change to dig­i­tal sig­nage will con­vert the ball­game of sig­nage with­out hav­ing any harm­ful ef­fect on the en­vi­ron­ment.

He ex­plained var­i­ous ben­e­fits of em­ploy­ing fab­ric ma­te­rial for the use of sig­nage such bet­ter ap­pear­ance, wrin­kle free, avail­able in big­ger sizes and shines in back­lit boxes. He also high­lighted that the ini­tia­tive should be taken by ven­dors in Fab­ric Sub­strate, Print­ing Ink, SEG, Fire Re­tar­dant and Pro­cesses.
