Ten­til and Noo­dle Soup

A dis­tinct flavoured meal in a dish

INGREDIENTS:

1 small each finely chopped onion, tomato, bell pep­per 1” finely chopped car­rot 2” cut into small cubes pa­neer 6 pods – 3 sliced and 3 whole gar­lic 1 tsp but­ter

1/ cup each boiled with just 4 enough water kali ma­soor and tur dal

1/ cake maggi noo­dles 2 1 packet maggi masala 2 cups or as per your choice water

1/ tsp oregano 2 a small bunch (coarsely chopped) fresh co­rian­der 4 leaves whole fresh basil

1/ tsp black pep­per 2 salt to taste

METHOD

Saute onion, tomato, bell pep­per, car­rot, pa­neer and gar­lic in but­ter.

Now, boil kali ma­sur and tur dal, maggi noo­dles, maggi masala in water for 3-4 min­utes.

Lastly, add fresh co­rian­der, basil, oregano, salt and black pep­per. Serve im­me­di­ately.
