Tentil and Noodle Soup
A distinct flavoured meal in a dish
1 small each finely chopped onion, tomato, bell pepper 1” finely chopped carrot 2” cut into small cubes paneer 6 pods – 3 sliced and 3 whole garlic 1 tsp butter
1/ cup each boiled with just 4 enough water kali masoor and tur dal
1/ cake maggi noodles 2 1 packet maggi masala 2 cups or as per your choice water
1/ tsp oregano 2 a small bunch (coarsely chopped) fresh coriander 4 leaves whole fresh basil
1/ tsp black pepper 2 salt to taste
Saute onion, tomato, bell pepper, carrot, paneer and garlic in butter.
Now, boil kali masur and tur dal, maggi noodles, maggi masala in water for 3-4 minutes.
Lastly, add fresh coriander, basil, oregano, salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.
