The hand­some hunk Dul­quer Sal­man is all set to de­liver his 25th film Kan­num Kan­num Kol­laiya­dithal with Rity Varma as the other lead. Di­rected by Desingh Periyasamy, Kan­num Kan­num Kol­laiya­dithal is touted to be a Tamil ro­man­tic thriller. The mak­ers re­cently shared the teaser poster of KKK where both Dul­quer and Ritu looks uber cute to­gether. Dul­quer’s fans are un­der­stand­ably go­ing gaga over the adorable poster. The film is shot in Goa, Delhi and Pune and in­volves a lot of travel.

Dul­quer’s on­set as star dates back to Mani Rat­nam’s OK Kan­mani, the film which brought Dul­quer to the shores of Tami cin­ema. He now rel­ishes a mas­sive fan base not only in Tamil Nadu but all across the coun­try. Ritu Varma, on the other hand, be­came a fa­mous per­son­al­ity with Pel­li­choop­ulu where she shared screen space with Vi­jay De­varkonda. KKK will be her de­but as a fe­male lead in Tamil.

Kan­num Kan­num Kol­laiya­dithal is a fa­mous phrase from a Tamil song in the film Thiruda Thiruda. Com­posed by AR Rah­man, the film was di­rected by Mani Rat­nam star­ring Prashanth.

An 18-year-old Malay­ali girl named Priya P Var­rier be­came a na­tional sen­sa­tion overnight af­ter a 24sec­ond video clip went vi­ral on In­ter­net. The clip is from a love song from the movie Oru Adaar

Love which is yet to re­lease. The video shows Priya flirt­ing with a boy in the school au­di­to­rium. Peo­ple found that video so adorable that they fell for Priya in­stantly and she is cur­rently the heart­throb of the na­tion.

Priya P Var­rier got in­stant fame with the video and her fol­low­ers on In­sta­gram reached mil­lions in a cou­ple of hours. In a re­cent in­ter­view, she also shared that she is ex­tremely happy with the re­sponse she is get­ting. She said, “I am very happy. Don’t know how to han­dle so much love. It’s com­pletely sur­real. I’m fall­ing short of words try­ing to ex­press my­self. Never ex­pected this.”

Priya ini­tially had a small role in this film but now ow­ing to her mas­sive pop­u­lar­ity, mak­ers have de­cided to bring changes in the script and give her a sig­nif­i­cant role!

Here’s a su­per good news for the Saman­tha and Chai­tanya fans! Tol­ly­wood’s most adored reel and real life cou­ple might share screen space to­gether af­ter a long time for a ro­man­tic film. Ac­cord­ing to sev­eral re­ports do­ing rounds, Shiva Nir­vana of Ninnu Kori fame has ap­proached Chai­tanya with a ro­man­tic script. The script is said to have im­pressed the ac­tor.

It is also re­ported that none other than Chai­tanya came up with the idea of cast­ing Saman­tha as the fe­male lead in the film. Saman­tha is ex­cited about the project. How­ever, an of­fi­cial an­nounce­ment is awaited. It was on the sets of 2010 film Ye Maaya Ch­e­save that Saman­tha and Chai­tanya got to know each other and love bloomed be­tween the two. Af­ter years of courtship, the cou­ple tied the knot last year in a des­ti­na­tion wed­ding in Goa.

Tel­ugu ac­tor Varun Tej, who was re­cently seen in Tholi Prema, will be play­ing an as­tro­naut in his next film. The un­ti­tled sci-fi film will be di­rected by Sankalp Reddy, who im­pressed masses with his di­rec­to­rial de­but, war film The Ghazi At­tack last year.

“It’s go­ing to be a space film. Varun plays an as­tro­naut,” pro­ducer Y. Ra­jeev Reddy said. “We plan to send Varun and Sankalp to Kaza­khstan for month-long train­ing in zero grav­ity con­di­tions in early March. The reg­u­lar shoot­ing will com­mence from April and we’re plan­ning a year-end re­lease. Most of the shoot­ing will hap­pen out­side In­dia. Ini­tially, we planned to shoot in the US, but now we’ve de­cided to shoot in Ge­or­gia where spe­cial sets and rigs will be built. We also plan to rope in stunt­men from Hol­ly­wood,” he fur­ther added.
