SRI LANKAN KHEER WITH COCONUT MILK
300 ml coconut milk 1 cup small grained cooked rice 3 tsp sugar or more as per taste 3 tbsp condensed milk
Place the cooked rice in a pan with 4 tbsp water. Heat the rice and then add coconut milk and sugar and continue to cook and stir till the rice softens further. Add condensed milk and stir gently.
Cook till the desired consistency is reached and sugar dissolved completely.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
