The Cafe has an ex­ten­sive range of su­perb in­ter­na­tional cuisines and is now serv­ing im­pres­sive Thai noo­dles, in­clud­ing the clas­sic pad thai and khaow soy gai. Mean­while, the beach­side Soleil and lofty Sky Bar cel­e­brate the an­nual Cat­alo­nia rit­ual of Calço­tada with a hearty feast of char-grilled young leeks with romesco, lamb, beef and rus­tic hand­made sausage, all cooked over char­coal to im­part true, tra­di­tional grilled flavour.

Over at Table8, the culi­nary team is rev­el­ling in fresh flower snails, from the sim­ply poached to chilled marinated flower snails in Chi­nese wine – an ab­so­lute must-try.

If the sweet life is for you, then call in at Mu­lia Deli for the tra­di­tional Florence car­ni­val treat Schi­ac­ciata alla Fiorentina, a di­vinely fluffy cake with the fresh scent of or­ange peel and sweet vanilla. It's per­fect with a cup of tea.
