Born by Miche­lin-starred chef Luca Fantin, the restau­rant presents tra­di­tional Ital­ian dishes that in­cor­po­rate fresh lo­cally-sourced in­gre­di­ents with re­fined tech­niques and cre­ativ­ity. Among the stars of the menu are Luca Fantin’s fa­mous cre­ations such as squid ink gnoc­chi with raw cut­tle­fish, cold spaghetti with caviar and wagyu beef egg­plant, as well as new dishes like Fas­sone Beef Tagli­ata red gar­lic and grilled veg­eta­bles.
