Founded in 1859 by Gio­vanni Gaja, a grape farmer in Bar­baresco in Italy, Gaja Win­ery is now man­aged by the fifth gen­er­a­tion of the fam­ily, Gaia Gaja, who will also be present at Il Ris­torante – Luca Fantin. Avail­able at Rp. 2,300,000++/per­son, this ex­trav­a­gant wine din­ner – that starts at 6.30 p.m. on­wards – will pair Gaja’s fine wines with de­lec­ta­ble dishes cre­ated by Res­i­dent Head Chef Fabrizio Cro­cetta.
