Cour­tesy of Chef De Cui­sine Ash Gar­vey, the “In­spired Din­ing” menu con­sists of a re­mark­able nine cour­ses, each one is in­flu­enced by his culi­nary jour­ney in In­done­sia. Some of the dishes in­clude braised beef cro­quette with Ja­vanese spices, BBQ quail, and ra­won tea with lob­sters and glass noo­dles. But the high­light of the dishes are the duck breast that is per­fectly cooked with red curry, cau­li­flower and co­conut milk for the main course and the Bali choco­late with smoked or­ange and liq­uid ni­tro­gen for dessert. And the best part of all is that guests can rel­ish th­ese nine cour­ses while en­joy­ing a view of Seminyak Beach.
