Bali & Beyond - - BEYOND UPDATES -

Imagine joining a yoga class on a private island, under a 100-foot waterfall, surrounded by rice paddy fields with a view of an untouched beach – it’s truly blissful, isn’t it? Now you don’t have to fantasize about it anymore because Nihi Sumba Islands offers all of that in their first ever “Wild & Free” yoga retreat. From October 7 to 12, this program is conducted by two yoga experts; Sjana Earp, a young yogi and a photojournalist who is passionate about young women empowerment, and Rod Cooper, the owner of The Movement Collective in Australia which focuses on animal flow, gymnastics, acrobatics and calisthenics. The classes will combine hatha, vinyasa, and restorative yoga as well as breathing techniques and meditation. Aside from wellness activities, this retreat also takes guests to explore the island’s tropical jungle, discover an ancient tribal culture, visit serene beaches and trek the Nihioka Valley to enjoy a walk through rice paddy fields with a view of Indian Ocean.
