Movenpick Hotels & Resorts around the world is currently bringing French “Bistronomie” haute cuisine to its dining venues, and tourists and residents in Bali can enjoy it at Anarasa at Movenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran. This special food program serves an array of seafood dishes, such as a seafood platter, mussels with garlic and sweet cream butter and cod fillet. Beef top side hot pot and Veal rump steak are available from the meat selections, while choices of vegetables include Salad Niçoise and vegetable hot pot. “Bistronomie” also serves Café Gourmand which will indulge diners with sweet delights, such as “Reine de Saba” that features a chocolate cake made of Movenpick’s 72 percent Swiss chocolate paired with a cup of espresso.
