This month, MÉTIS in­vites you to in­dulge in four new ad­di­tions for an ever-en­tic­ing din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence fea­tur­ing an ir­re­sistible main and three tan­ta­liz­ing desserts. Part of this month’s Menu High­lights, the Roasted Baby Chicken in Potato Nest is stuffed with Mush­room Dux­elles ac­com­pa­nied by Soft Black Olive Po­lenta, Baby Veg­eta­bles and Forestiere Sauce. The en­tire dish is beau­ti­fully pre­sented, the meat suc­cu­lent, ten­der and well-seasoned with soft, aro­matic veg­eta­bles to bal­ance out the flavours. The lus­cious desserts were cre­ated to en­tice; each of­fer­ing dras­ti­cally dif­fer­ent tastes but each with its own unique flavour high­lights such as the Espresso Panna Cotta that comes with Choco­late Men­di­ent, Cof­fee Sauce,

Ca­cao Nibs and Co­conut Jelly. A beau­ti­ful med­ley of choco­late, vanilla and caramel, the Duo Mille­feuille is MÉTIS’s ver­sion of a choco­late crum­ble, with Cu­vee Bali Choco­late, Vanilla Cus­tard Cream and Caramel Sauce for a de­li­cious bal­ance of sweet and salty. The Rum Souf­souf­fle is an in­ter­est­ing cre­ation us­ing Baba Dough, Glazed Banana Raisin and Vanilla Banana Ice Cream. Ad­join­ing to MÉTIS Restau­rant is MÉTIS Lounge, a pul­sat­ing, quirky but so­phis­ti­cated oa­sis for all soirées tak­ing place in Bali. Here, cock­tails and shisha are avail­able all day, ev­ery day.
