The hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, Preanger Brasserie, features dark elegant woods and is highlighted with a range of original art deco windows and lighting.

The day starts with a breakfast buffet, while for lunch and dinner the options comprise a selection of Indonesian cuisine alongside Asian and Western specialties.
