Established in 2014, Domicile Kitchen & Lounge in Surabaya provides guests with more than just an array of excellent food and beverages in a comfortable setting; it offers a casual dining experience to remember. The experience begins as you open the huge doors and come face to face with the impressive dessert and pasty counter, and continues throughout. The interior design is a mix of retro and contemporary stylized seating with an artistically designed kitchen and bar, whilst outside a terrace with combination seating adds yet another dimension. The menu continues the experience with a mix of beautifully presented pan-asian and Western dishes, like Black Ink Fettuccine with seafood cream, a jumbo meat and seafood grill, baby back ribs and duck confit. Only the best quality and freshest ingredients are used, including Wagyu beef and Valrhona chocolate, complemented by a selection of excellent wines and spirits.
