As the name of the establishment implies, Correlate’s menu features a blend of more than one style, in this case French and contemporary Japanese cuisines. Seasonal ingredients are emphasized, and daily menu changes ensure an enticing experience on every visit. Interestingly, Chef Juna was also quite involved in designing the interior of his restaurant, employing spring and fall motifs to create a truly eclectic eatery setting.
