Sturdy on the outside and fast on the inside, the Chromebook Plus offers a (relatively) combination of tabletstyle mobile apps and the browsing capabilities of a full-fledged desktop PC. The “running mobile apps” side of the device isn’t where you’d want it to be yet, but with Google promising constant updates to the Chrome OS, the Chromebook Plus is already worth considering when you need a pint-sized powerhouse.
