James Gunn The first Marvel Cinematic Universe movie to come out in 2017 (and the third in the franchise’s so-called Phase Three) comes to live with a strong 1970s vibe, starting from its official movie poster which pays homage to The Ramones’ “Rocket to Russia” album. Set two months after the first movie, “Vol. 2” has Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) and his gang travel throughout the galaxy and getting into fights all over the place while trying to keep their newfound “family” together. Naturally, plenty of other fan-favorite characters from the comics will show up along with new leads to the mystery surrounding Quill’s parents which was only been hinted at before.
