Katy Perry’s “Witness” is mostly an electropop album that feels very groovy and, somehow, more mature—if we compare it to her previous albums. Though it does miss that undeniable charm that Perry showcased during her “Teenage Dream” years, “Witness” is still a very hypnotic and infectious album.
