The concept behind this eatery is that of a modern steakhouse with a Korean accent—as reflected in its signature dishes: the House Aged Premium Meat. It should be noted that AB Steak has its own meat chamber to process its culinary offerings. Apart from the food, the Korean influence is also palpable in the restaurant’s interior, which features a lot of Asian aesthetics and artwork by Chef Akira Back’s mother.
