In ad­di­tion to the pop­u­lar va­ri­ety of dim sum avail­able, Pearl also serves cha siu bao (steamed bun with bar­be­cue pork), shrimp shu mai and taro dumplings. Feast on a wide va­ri­ety of noo­dles, por­ridge, cold Chi­nese ap­pe­tiz­ers, BBQ, seafood, stir-fry, even Peking duck and suck­ling pig. You can easily go from one sta­tion to an­other thanks to the restau­rant's spa­cious in­te­ri­ors.

Spe­cial­ties of the house in­clude Peking duck, abalone, bird's nest and fresh seafood. You should not miss the de­li­cious lob­ster with salted egg, crab with Sin­ga­porean chili sauce, prawn may­on­naise or the beef in black pep­per sauce.
