From the drapes, gar­ments and fab­rics dom­i­nated by deep red hues to the metic­u­lous dec­o­ra­tions re­flect­ing an­cient Chi­nese cul­tures, the in­te­rior set­ting of Shang Palace is in­tox­i­cat­ingly el­e­gant. From the mo­ment you step in the front en­trance dec­o­rated with lush, live flow­ers in bloom, you will be trans­ported to a world of Ori­en­tal sights and sounds.

Some of the most pop­u­lar Can­tonese of­fer­ings at Shang Palace in­clude the four trea­sure soup, which is a won­der­ful fu­sion of braised sea cu­cum­ber, dried fish maw, crab meat and dried scal­lops served in the chef's sig­na­ture style, and Lo­han cai money bag, which is braised Lo­han veg­eta­bles stuffed in bean curd skins that re­sem­ble tra­di­tional money bags.
