Owner-chef Mo­tokazu Yonezawa worked in Tokyo and Italy, and serves up de­li­cioso dishes, such as uni spaghetti, home­made gnoc­chi, and carpac­cio from fresh flown mejimaguro from Tsuk­iji Mar­ket.
