MÖVENPICK LANDS ON PHU QUOC’S SHORES
Phu Quoc’s idyllic Ong Lang Beach gets its first international premium resort with the opening of Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc. The hotel features 305 guest rooms, while the adjacent Mövenpick Residences Phu Quoc offers 329 apartment-style residences and 79 pool villas.

FAIRMONT GOES TO IRELAND
Carlton House, a historic country house in Ireland, undergoes refurbishment due for completion end 2020 and will open as Fairmont Carlton House, making it the first Fairmont-branded hotel in Ireland and the fourth in the UK and Ireland. It joins The Savoy in London, Fairmont St Andrews in Scotland, and Fairmont Windsor Park.
Located just 20 minutes from Dublin in Maynooth, County Kildare, Carlton House was built in 1739, making it the oldest property to join Fairmont’s portfolio of grand dame hotels. The new Fairmont Carlton House will be a golf and spa resort with 170 bedrooms and suites, two-world class 18-hole championship golf courses, wellness facilities and 1,000 sqm of conference and events space.
